A story has drawn attention after a post claiming interest in married men received hundreds of messages from actual married men. Recently, an anonymous office worker community called 'Blind' featured a post titled 'Social Experiment Results on the Value of Marriage.' Mr. A, who works at the National Police Agency, shared, "Within about 4 minutes of uploading, I received 40 messages. What is marriage?" and revealed the post he made along with the messages he received.
Previously, Mr. A said he fabricated the post pretending to have a fetish for married men to conduct this social experiment. The post read, "I dated someone without knowing he was married. After finding out, we broke up, but since then, have I developed a married man fetish? I shouldn't be like this," or something to that effect. According to Mr. A, messages from people claiming to be married men then poured in.
The chat window Mr. A shared was filled with messages such as, "I'm a late 30s (marital relationship) lease married man. Looking for someone to meet comfortably without exposing private life," "Hello, I'm a married man in my early to mid-30s," "Would you like to chat with a married man?" "181 cm, 85 kg athletic man, line up please," "What's your charm point?" "Morality and physical reactions are separate things," and so on.
Mr. A stated, "Within 60 minutes of posting, I received about 190 messages," adding, "The occupational distribution was diverse, and most messages were from people revealing their status as married men to approach me." He further explained, "Some even actively courted by exposing their genitals or sending nude photos while wearing wedding rings to prove they were married men."
He continued, "Through this experiment, it became a time to reflect not only on individuals' perceptions of the institution of marriage but also on human instincts and morality. That concludes the report on the social experiment regarding the value of marriage targeting married men."
Netizens who read the story reacted strongly with comments like, "How can you trust men and get married?" "Disgusting. If they're going to be like that, they shouldn't get married," "Are you still going to say this is just a few?" "Just looking at it is dirty," "Living hard, huh," "Would they want to do that while wearing a wedding ring?" "Hope their wives cheat on them too." However, some also responded with remarks such as, "Don't generalize based on a few," "They deliberately attracted those kinds of people and are acting like it's some great social experiment," and "Did you write this just to bash men?"
