Pukyong National University Wins 18th National Professors' Soccer Tournament Baekho Division League

November 2-3 at Geochang Sports Park General Stadium

The National Pukyong National University Professors' Soccer Club (President Ryu Ji-yeol, Professor of Information and Communication Engineering) won the Baekho Division league at the "18th National Professors' Soccer Tournament" held from November 2 to 3 at Geochang Sports Park General Stadium.

The National Pukyong National University Professors' Soccer Club dominated the tournament by defeating Masan University 5-1 in the semifinals and the combined team of Dongmyung University and Busan Health University 4-0 in the finals.

After placing third in their first participation last year, the National Pukyong National University Professors' Soccer Club achieved victory in only their second appearance this year.

Organized by the Korea Professors' Soccer Federation, the National Professors' Soccer Tournament is held annually to promote unity, physical fitness, information exchange, and university development among professors from national, public, and private universities nationwide. This year, 14 teams with about 240 participants from 22 universities across the country took part.
