Nam Hyun-hee Files Mass Lawsuit Against 30 Netizens for Malicious Comments

Fencing national representative Nam Hyun-hee (43) has filed lawsuits against numerous netizens who posted malicious comments.

On the 6th, the Seongdong Police Station in Seoul announced that a complaint had been filed last month against 30 netizens for defamation charges related to malicious comments directed at Nam.

Nam has been under investigation without detention since early November last year on charges of aiding and abetting the fraudulent activities of her former partner Jeon Cheong-jo (28). The police decided not to prosecute Nam in March due to 'lack of evidence,' but the prosecution requested a reinvestigation.

Additionally, the police decided not to prosecute in September regarding a case reported for receiving expensive gifts such as luxury bags, ruling that it did not constitute a crime.
