Invitation to Elementary, Middle, and High School Parent Association Presidents in the District for 'Opinion Listening'
The Gwangyang City Council of Jeollanam-do's "Gwangyang City Education Finance Diagnosis Research Group" announced on the 6th that it held a meeting on the 5th at the multipurpose auditorium on the 4th floor of the Jungmadong Resident Autonomy Center, attended by research group council members, parent association presidents of local elementary, middle, and high schools, and service providers.
The meeting was held by inviting experts and parents to broadly discuss ways to efficiently manage local education finances.

During the meeting, there was a session to hear explanations from the service providers about the interim results of the ongoing service project aimed at diagnosing local education finances, and attendees exchanged various opinions on ways to achieve transparent use of finances and qualitative improvement of the educational environment.
Representative Ahn Young-heon said, "This research group is an important starting point to diagnose the current status of education finances and find more effective management methods," adding, "We will continue to make efforts to improve local educational conditions."
Meanwhile, the "Gwangyang City Education Finance Diagnosis Research Group," a council research group formed to analyze and review Gwangyang City's education finances and seek efficient budget execution methods, was established in May with six members including Ahn Young-heon, Song Jae-cheon, Jo Hyun-ok, Seo Young-bae, Shin Yong-sik, and Park Moon-seop, and will operate until the end of this year.
