The KB Insurance app also newly offers a ‘medical health consultation service’ where users can post health-related inquiries on a bulletin board and receive answers from professional medical staff. When a health-related question is posted, users can receive a response from medical professionals affiliated with Ollacare within 1 to 3 days. Additionally, medical, health, and disease prevention content written directly by medical experts partnered with Ollacare will be uploaded weekly. Push messages will notify users when new content is uploaded.

In the revamped KB Insurance app’s ‘Benefits’ menu, brain health games are provided through a partnership with a brain cognitive therapy startup. Customers can play five brain health games daily on the app and check their brain health scores. Through a partnership with Sampro TV, paid membership customers of Sampro TV can receive current affairs, economy, and investment-related content for free.

Gochang Young, Head of Digital Strategy at KB Insurance, said, “We will strive to help customers manage and improve their health more easily through the healthcare content within the KB Insurance app,” adding, “We will continue to provide various services tailored to customer needs in the future.”
