Dong-Eui University Alumni Professors' Association Awards 24 Million KRW in Scholarships to 32 Current Students

Scholarship Fund Established for Juniors

The Dong-Eui University Alumni Professors Association celebrated the 47th anniversary of Dong-Eui University by awarding a total of 24 million KRW in scholarships to 32 current students on November 4th in the conference room on the 2nd floor of the main building.

The Alumni Professors Association of Dong-Eui University awarded scholarships totaling 24 million KRW to 32 enrolled students.

The Alumni Professors Association was established in 2004 to create a scholarship fund for junior students and has been providing scholarships since 2010. By reviewing recommendations from academic advisors, self-introductions, and academic records, they have awarded approximately 380 million KRW to about 370 students up to this year.

Kim Chan-ryong, president of the Alumni Professors Association, said, “It is especially meaningful to support scholarships for juniors as a senior before being a professor. I hope that the juniors will always carry pride for their alma mater in their hearts as they enter society and continue the tradition of elder love by becoming Dong-Eui members who always give back.”
