On the 4th, Jo Dongsik, Chairman of the Seosan City Council in Chungnam, was appointed as the honorary branch manager for a day at the Seosan Taean branch of the National Health Insurance Service, where he experienced the organization's work firsthand and communicated with citizens.
This experience was organized to enhance understanding of the health insurance system by directly engaging with the work of the National Health Insurance Service, and to create a healthier local community by listening to the diverse voices of citizens visiting the civil affairs office.
After receiving his appointment as honorary branch manager for a day, Chairman Jo was briefed on key current issues by the staff and communicated with visitors while experiencing the organization's work at the civil affairs office on the first floor.
Jo Dongsik stated, "Although it was a short time, I am very honored to have been appointed as honorary branch manager for a day," and added, "Through today's experience, I was once again able to feel the importance and necessity of the National Health Insurance Service as a vital system that protects the health of all citizens."
