Pohang City is participating in the '2024 Gyeongbuk Apple Promotion Event' at Seoul City Hall Plaza for three days from the 4th to the 6th, targeting consumers in Seoul, the metropolitan area, and other large cities to promote Pohang apples, which boast the best taste and quality.

Freshness of the Orchard Preserved!… Meet 'Pohang Apples' at Seoul City Hall Plaza Lee Gang-deok, Mayor of Pohang (center), visited the Seoul City Hall Plaza on the 4th, where the Gyeongbuk apple promotion event was being held, toured the local participation event booths, and encouraged the officials.

At this event, apples produced in 14 major apple-producing cities and counties in Gyeongbuk Province (Pohang, Gyeongju, Gimcheon, Andong, Yeongju, Yeongcheon, Sangju, Mungyeong, Uiseong, Cheongsong, Yeongyang, Yeongdeok, Yecheon, Bonghwa) can be directly tasted and purchased at discounted prices.


On the 4th, Mayor Lee Kang-deok visited Seoul City Hall Plaza, where the Gyeongbuk Apple Promotion Event was being held, toured the local participation booths, encouraged the officials, and attended the 2024 Apple Producing Area Mayors and County Governors Council regular meeting held at The Plaza Hotel in Seoul.
