Guri City Provides Customized Incentives and Delivery Cost Support for Each Good Price Business

Supporting Stable Business Operations for Small Merchants and Promoting Local Economic Revitalization

Guri City Provides Customized Incentives and Delivery Cost Support for Each Good Price Business Guri City Hall exterior.

The city of Guri, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Gyeong-hyeon) announced on the 4th that it provided customized incentives and delivery cost support for each business in October to revitalize Good Price Businesses that contribute to price stabilization.

According to the city, to provide practical support for the operation of Good Price Businesses, instead of the existing uniform provision of goods, it supported the purchase of necessary items for each business by providing approximately 700,000 KRW worth of goods purchase expenses to a total of 39 businesses.

Additionally, amid increasing management burdens such as rising fees for private delivery apps, delivery container purchase costs were additionally supported for 9 businesses that promoted delivery services to help ease the delivery cost burden on business owners.

Furthermore, for Good Price Businesses that newly launched delivery services from September to November, the city plans to provide up to 300,000 KRW for delivery container purchase costs in December.

Besides this, the city is also promoting ▲ certification and badge support ▲ Good Price menu board support ▲ discounts from financial institutions (card companies, etc.) ▲ additional discounts on Guri Love Gift Certificates ▲ provision of map search services ▲ and business promotion.

Mayor Baek Gyeong-hyeon of Guri said, “Despite the difficult economic situation, we will promote various projects that provide practical benefits to businesses offering services at good prices to contribute to price stabilization and revitalization of the local economy.”

Currently, there are a total of 39 Good Price Businesses in Guri, including dining, beauty and hair salons, and laundry services. For more details, please contact the Small Business Support Team of the Job and Economy Division.
