A man walking naked on the street was captured on camera. His body was covered with tattoos and scars, and white foam and blood were found around his mouth.

On the 1st, JTBC's 'Sageon Banjang' aired a tip video showing a man wandering the streets in the nude.

According to the released video, the man was seen striding down the street completely naked without a stitch of clothing. He appeared unconcerned about the attention from passersby.

The tipster, Mr. A, reported the incident to the police and followed the man. Upon getting closer, he observed that the man's body was covered with tattoos and scars. Fortunately, the man did not threaten or harm any pedestrians, although some bystanders screamed in shock.

The man was arrested by the police who responded to the report. It was revealed that he was suffering from a mental illness and was intoxicated at the time.

Mr. A said, "There was white foam and blood around the man's mouth, so I suspected he might have been on drugs, but after inquiring with the police, that was not the case." He added, "I heard it was an incident involving a mentally ill man drinking alcohol and wandering the streets."

The man is currently hospitalized.

Meanwhile, public exposure can be punished under the Minor Offenses Act as indecent exposure or public obscenity. Indecent exposure is punishable by a fine of up to 100,000 won, while public obscenity can result in imprisonment of up to one year, a fine of up to 5 million won, detention, or a fine.
