[Sale Calendar] First Week of November, 4,679 Units Including 'The Sharp Tangjeong Infinity City Phase 3' for Sale

A total of 4,679 households (3,172 general sales units) across six complexes nationwide will begin sales in the first week of November.

According to Real Estate R114 on the 3rd, on the 5th, 'The Sharp Tangjeong Infinity City Phase 3' in Tangjeong-myeon, Asan-si, Chungnam will hold its first priority subscription. This complex, supplied by POSCO E&C in the Asan Tangjeong District urban development zone A2BL, will be built with 9 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, totaling 1,163 households. Among them, 975 units with exclusive areas of 70 and 84㎡ will be available for general sale.

The complex will allow access to Tangjeong Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 via bus transfers and other means, and elementary and middle school sites will be provided within the district, enabling walking school zones. The nearby Asan Display Complex offers a convenient live-work environment.

Additionally, on the same day, first priority subscriptions will be held for 'VIORR' in Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul; 'Deokgye Station Hanshin The Hue Forest' in Deokgye-dong, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi; and 'Uiwang Gocheon District Dietre Central (B1)' in Gocheon-dong, Uiwang-si, Gyeonggi. 'Hillstate Pyeongtaek Station Central City' in Hapjeong-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi will hold its first priority subscription on the 6th, and 'Gangneung Athera' in Hoesan-dong, Gangneung-si, Gangwon will do so on the 7th.

Model houses will open on the 8th at six locations including 'Geomdan New Town Prugio The Park' in Majon-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon; 'Gonjiam Station Jeil Punggyeongchae' in Gonjiam-eup, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi; and 'Cheonan I-Park City' in Seoseok-gu, Seongseong-dong, Cheonan-si, Chungnam.

'Cheonan I-Park City,' supplied by HDC Hyundai Development Company at 34-4 Seongseong-dong, Seoseok-gu, Cheonan-si, will be built with 11 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 33 above-ground floors, totaling 1,126 households with exclusive areas of 84 to 150㎡. Among them, 892 units will be available for general sale. It offers access to Dujeong Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 and is close to Cheonan Seongseong Lake Park, providing a pleasant residential environment. Additionally, it is expected to function as a residential area with convenient access by car within about 10 minutes to the Cheonan General Industrial Complex, which includes Samsung Electronics Cheonan Campus.
