The mileage vouchers exchangeable through the Korean Air website are offered in denominations of USD 20, 50, and 100. They can be exchanged for 2,800 mileage, 6,800 mileage, and 12,900 mileage, respectively. These vouchers can be used like cash at the SKY SHOP online mall, making shopping even more convenient.

Additionally, SKY SHOP offers a membership program where customers can earn mileage when purchasing duty-free products. Customers can earn up to 3 mileage points per 1 USD spent on duty-free shopping, allowing them to enjoy both mileage accumulation and consumption simultaneously. Especially, SKY SHOP online mall members receive various benefits such as discount coupons and points, making it a smart way to shop duty-free.

Korean Air C&D also provides a ‘pre-order service for in-flight duty-free products’ for customer convenience. This service allows customers to place orders through the SKY SHOP channel before departure and conveniently receive duty-free products at their seats after boarding. Orders and cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before boarding for short-haul routes and 72 hours before boarding for long-haul routes.

Furthermore, the ‘Heart to Heart’ gifting service offers a special experience by allowing passengers to send gifts along with messages during the flight. As long as the recipient’s contact information is known, gifts can be sent even if the sender is not on board.

A Korean Air C&D official stated, “We plan to continuously strengthen mileage-linked services and offer various payment benefits to enhance customer satisfaction,” adding, “We will develop SKY SHOP as the representative in-flight duty-free shop for mileage utilization.”
