He continued, "With rapid environmental changes such as the advancement of artificial intelligence (AI), challenges in new areas like foldable devices, IT, and automotive are unfolding faster than expected, and the market is expected to become even more challenging going forward. Just as we overcame difficulties this year through 'Max Align,' if we continue to tackle important tasks one by one and navigate this critical period well, a structural growth phase that will sustain us for more than the next 10 years will surely come," he said.

To this end, President Choi stated, "We will focus the company's capabilities on securing and nurturing outstanding talent," and urged, "Let all employees grow into top experts in their respective positions and together create the exciting and inspiring future we have imagined and anticipated."

On the same day, Samsung Display held its anniversary ceremony at the new building 'SDR (Samsung Display Research)' on the Giheung Campus in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, where long-term service awards and exemplary awards were presented. Exemplary awards were given to about 40 outstanding employees who contributed to business performance and organizational culture development, and commemorative plaques were presented to employees with 20 and 30 years of service.
