Naver Supports Writing Hotel Reviews Domestically and Internationally... Enhances Travel Search Convenience

Naver announced on the 1st that it will support writing reviews for domestic and international hotels booked through Naver Travel.

Users can leave reviews using text, photos, and videos for hotels they have booked and completed their stay through Naver Travel. Additionally, keyword reviews regarding the purpose of the visit, companions, and the hotel's atmosphere and facilities can also be selected.

Naver has continuously enhanced its travel search services, including strengthening related searches, to help users conveniently prepare for their trips, while steadily providing travel content covering both domestic and international destinations. In October, it launched an AI-based 'Personalized Hotel Recommendation Service' that suggests hotels worth visiting based on users' search terms, age, and gender.

Furthermore, a review writing feature was introduced to allow users to record their experiences at overseas attractions.

Meanwhile, starting from the 1st, Naver plans to run a promotion for users who completed hotel stays this year, offering Naver Pay points through a lottery when they write reviews about the hotel or nearby overseas attractions.
