As interest in small apartments with exclusive areas of 60㎡ or less grows, locations with excellent living environments such as transportation and convenience facilities, along with relatively low sale prices, are attracting attention as appealing choices for both end-users and investors.
The number of single-person households in Daejeon is rapidly increasing. According to Statistics Korea, the population of Daejeon in 2023 was recorded at 654,809. As demand for small apartments rises due to the increase in single-person households, interest is also high in ‘Seongnam Umirin New City,’ currently being sold by WooMi Construction in the Dong-gu area of Daejeon.
This apartment complex is a redevelopment site in Seongnam 1 District, Dong-gu, Daejeon, designed with 9 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 34 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 39 to 84㎡, totaling 1,213 households. A children's park is planned right in front of the complex, and public open spaces and neighborhood plazas are nearby, allowing residents to enjoy a pleasant living environment.
All units are primarily south-facing and designed mainly in a slab-type layout, providing excellent openness, ventilation, and lighting. Each type includes ample storage spaces such as kitchen pantries, alpha rooms, and large dressing rooms. Furthermore, advanced systems like a clean air supply and exhaust system and smart home IoT are available.
Various community facilities will also be provided, including a golf practice range, fitness center, Moms Station, GX and other sports facilities, separate reading rooms for men and women, a children's library, Lynn Cafe, and a library.
The complex offers benefits such as interest-free interim payments and a reduced down payment from the usual 10% to 5%, significantly easing the financial burden for buyers.
