Hyundai Engineering is currently selling units at ‘Angsana Residence Yeouido Seoul,’ located in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. The complex, consisting of residences, office facilities, and neighborhood living facilities, will be built from six basement floors to 57 above-ground floors, with a total of 348 units ranging from 40 to 103 square meters in exclusive area. The developer is Mastern No.51 Yeouido PFV.
Standing at a maximum height of 249.9 meters, ‘Angsana Residence Yeouido Seoul’ will be the sixth tallest building in Seoul and is scheduled for completion in 2026. Upon completion, it is expected to reshape the Yeouido skyline alongside nearby Park One and IFC.
As a supertall building, each unit will offer unique views featuring the spaciousness of Yeouido Park, the freshness of the Han River, and the vibrancy of the city center. Additionally, the rooftop will feature a sky infinity pool approximately 22 meters long, offering panoramic views from Yeouido Park to the Han River, allowing residents to enjoy swimming high above downtown Seoul.
Professional concierge services will also be offered. These include a VVIP secretary service providing customized assistance via phone and platform, a premium total homecare service called Home Butler, and breakfast service for residents. Other hotel-style services such as valet parking, catering, limousine service, and premium rentals will be available, along with community facilities like a spa and golf practice range located in the basement level 1 fitness center.
Moreover, living services such as car wash, laundry, premium item storage, and group market purchases will be provided. Residents will be able to manage membership registration, service requests, and payments through a dedicated app platform. A private safe deposit box for personal valuables will be available on the third floor, and a concierge desk on basement level 2 will actively address residents’ concerns and inquiries.
For one year after the designated move-in date, some key concierge services will be offered free of charge to maximize residents’ convenience. Additionally, furniture and certain home appliances will be provided free of charge to contract holders for each unit.
Benefits from the Sanctuary Club, Banyan Tree Group’s ownership program, will also be available. Sanctuary Club members enjoy exclusive privileges reserved for owners of Banyan Tree Group properties such as Banyan Tree, Angsana, Cassia, and Laguna. These benefits include discounts on rooms, spas, restaurants, gallery products, golf, as well as early check-in and late check-out at Banyan Tree Group properties worldwide.
The shared lobby on the third floor features an atrium (central hall) design to enhance openness and spaciousness. One wall will be adorned with a luxurious 25-meter-high media wall, showcasing grand and diverse media art exhibitions.
Nearby amenities include IFC Mall, Hyundai Department Store The Hyundai Seoul, Yeouido Park, Saetgang Ecological Park, and Hangang Citizen’s Park, allowing residents to enjoy business, leisure, and shopping conveniently close to the complex. Access to various road networks such as Olympic-daero, Gangbyeonbuk-ro, Seobu Expressway, and Mapo Bridge is also easy.
Significant development prospects within Yeouido further enhance future value. Seoul City has unveiled a concrete plan to transform Yeouido into a global digital financial hub, and aging apartments within the Yeouido district can now be redeveloped into buildings ranging from 50 to 70 floors. In September, Seoul City approved the designation of the ‘Yeouido Financial Center District Unit Planning Zone.’ According to the designation, a plan to create a Manhattan-like area in Seoul with supertall landmark buildings exceeding 350 meters concentrated around Yeouidaero, centered on the Korea Exchange, has been finalized. The maximum floor area ratio has been increased from the existing 1000% to up to 1600%, allowing buildings taller than Park One (69 floors, 791%, 333 meters) to be constructed.
The gallery is located in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and operates by advance reservation.
