To minimize parts that could not be answered immediately on-site, since this year, the city has been cooperating with local functional organizations to identify village issues in advance and seating the heads of relevant departments at the meetings. Additionally, after the meetings, text messages are sent semiannually to inform residents of the progress on submitted suggestions.
