Kia Donates 9-Seater Carnival to Family of Quintuplets

Multi-Child Family Support Fund of 30 Million Won Delivered to Dongducheon City

Kia gifted a 9-seater Carnival vehicle to a couple who gave birth to quintuplets through natural pregnancy.

On the 31st, Kia announced that it held a handover ceremony for the 2025 Carnival 9-seater vehicle at Dongducheon City Hall the previous day for the couple Kim Jun-young and Sa Gong Hye-ran.

The couple, Kim Jun-young and Sa Gong Hye-ran, residing in Dongducheon, Gyeonggi Province, gave birth to quintuplets?three boys and two girls?on September 20 through natural pregnancy.

Jung Won-jung, Vice President and Head of Kia's Domestic Business Division, said, "We gifted the Carnival to provide practical support to the family starting a new life with the great blessing of five new lives," adding, "We hope the Carnival, equipped with spacious interior and various safety features, will be helpful in their daily life."

Sa Gong, who received the support, said, "Receiving the 9-seater Carnival allows us to safely care for and transport our five children," and added, "My husband will drive while I take care of the babies in the back seat, and we will create good memories together with the Carnival."

Along with this, Kia donated a total of 30 million KRW through the Northern Gyeonggi Community Chest to Dongducheon City. The donated funds will be used to support vehicle-related items and childcare products for multi-child families in Dongducheon, including the couple Kim Jun-young and Sa Gong Hye-ran.
