Guri-si, Individual Official Land Prices Determined and Announced... Objection Applications Accepted

100 Parcels of Land Subject to Division, Merger, and Transfer in the First Half of the Year

The city of Guri, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun) announced on the 30th that it has determined and publicly announced the individual official land prices as of July 1 for 100 parcels of land that experienced land movement in the first half of the year, and will accept objections for 30 days until November 29.

The objection targets are 100 parcels of land that underwent land movement such as division, merger, or land category change from January 1 to June 30, 2024. The announced land prices can be checked by visiting the city hall or the local administrative welfare centers in person, or through the online “Real Estate Price Disclosure Notifier.”

Landowners and interested parties who have objections to the determined and announced individual official land prices may submit an objection form to the Land Information Division at city hall or to each local administrative welfare center by November 29, or apply via fax or registered mail.

Submitted objections will be reviewed by the responsible appraiser and deliberated by the Guri City Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee, and the adjusted prices will be publicly announced on December 23, 2024.
