Helping Elementary and Middle School Students Learn to Foster Local Talent Among University Students in Busan Region
Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, President Kim Kyunghwan) held a donation ceremony for the ‘HF Dream Growth Mentoring’ project in collaboration with the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation (Chairman Hwang Younggi) to nurture talent in the Busan region.

‘HF Dream Growth Mentoring’ is a program where experienced and knowledgeable mentors help mentees in need develop their skills and potential.
In cooperation with the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation, HF Corporation selects university student mentors from the Busan area and mentees who are elementary and middle school students affiliated with local community child centers. This social contribution activity supports mentees who need academic assistance by providing ▲subject tutoring ▲reading education, and other learning enhancement programs. Additionally, university student mentors aspiring to work in the education field are given opportunities to gain experience in educational settings.
Kim Kyunghwan, President of Korea Housing Finance Corporation, said, “Now in its fourth year, the HF Dream Growth Mentoring program hopes to become a source of dreams and hope for students who will lead the local community,” and added, “The corporation will continue to support the development of local talent and the advancement of the community in various ways.”
