Gyeongnam Pharmaceutical, a leading company in over-the-counter medicines, announced on the 30th that it will hold a 'Weekend Table' promotion with Granum Dining Lounge, the all-day dining restaurant at Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul.
This promotion will offer a unique menu by adding desserts inspired by the vitamin-rich Lemona concept to the weekend brunch featuring authentic Italian dishes.
At the buffet station, guests can enjoy appetizers such as 'Artichoke and Avocado,' 'Scallops with Basil Pesto,' and 'Burrata Cheese Salad,' as well as chef-prepared dishes like 'Lamb Chops with Gremolata Cream' and 'Mortadella and Arugula Focaccia.'
Main dishes include 'Lobster Cacciucco,' 'Bottarga Spaghetti with Grouper,' and for children, 'Bolognese Spaghetti.' Notably, the promotion features desserts emphasizing refreshing flavors, such as 'Cheesecake' and 'Mango Panna Cotta,' along with a welcome drink.
A photo zone evoking the atmosphere of southern Italy is also set up for this promotion. The entrance is decorated with fresh yellow lemon trees alongside Lemona IP products.
Meanwhile, Granum Dining Lounge is an all-day dining restaurant located on the first floor of the hotel building at Banyan Tree Seoul. The 'Weekend Table' promotion runs every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, from October 26 to December 1.
