A customer who was trapped inside an automatic car wash at a gas station for 25 minutes and barely escaped expressed frustration after hearing from the gas station manager that "you were just unlucky."

On the 25th, a video titled "I was trapped for 25 minutes, but I received no consolation or apology, just that I was unlucky. I want a sincere apology" was posted on the YouTube channel 'Han Moon-cheol TV.'

According to the video, the informant, Mr. A, experienced a bizarre incident on the evening of the 19th at 8:44 PM when he stopped by a gas station and got trapped inside the automatic car wash due to a machine malfunction for 25 minutes. Mr. A was only able to escape after four employees lifted the machine manually.

However, an even more absurd event occurred. Mr. A said, "After escaping, I called the gas station manager following the staff's guidance, and he said, 'You were just unlucky.' He didn't ask if I was okay despite the danger I was in, which made me angry, and I hung up. Later, he apologized via text message," expressing his anger.

He continued, "After being trapped even briefly in a dark, narrow, and damp tunnel and then coming out, shouldn't there have been comments like, 'How difficult and painful it must have been due to the car wash malfunction. Are you hurt anywhere? Was there any discomfort?'" He added, "A single word can repay a thousand debts," venting his frustration. He also appealed, "I want a sincere apology from the gas station manager," and said, "I don't think I will be able to use tunnel-type car washes anymore because of the anxiety."
