Farmers from Pyeongchang-gun, agricultural organizations, agricultural and livestock cooperatives, and related institutions gathered for the event. The Farmers' Day event is the biggest festival and commemorative event for farmers who have worked hard throughout the year. It was hosted by Pyeongchang-gun and local agricultural and livestock cooperatives, and organized by the Pyeongchang-gun Chamber of Agriculture and Fisheries and six agricultural learning organizations.
