30 Companies Hiring 110 Workers in Security, Logistics, and Care Sectors... Daegu Jung-gu Hosts Middle-Aged Employment Fair

Daegu Jung-gu (District Mayor Ryu Gyu-ha) will hold the ‘2024 Middle-aged It Day Job Fair’ on the 20th floor of Wooridle Hospital on the 31st.


Co-hosted by Daegu Jung-gu Office and the Daegu Middle-aged Tomorrow Center of the Korea Labor-Management Development Foundation, the event will take place from 2 PM to 4 PM on the day, with 30 companies (18 directly participating, 12 indirectly participating) hiring about 110 job seekers.

The recruitment fields include logistics and delivery, security and cleaning staff, care teachers, facility management, nursing care workers, and sales managers. Thirty local small and medium-sized enterprises such as Seowon Distribution Co., Ltd. Top Mart and Nara Solution Co., Ltd. will conduct one-on-one on-site interviews.


In addition to the recruiting companies, cooperating organizations such as the Daegu Regional Veterans Office Veterans Support Center, Korea Polytechnics VI College, Daegu Women’s Human Resources Development Center, Youngjin Vocational School, and Mugunghwa Vocational School will participate. Various side events will be provided, including employment and career counseling, education and training, and job information for vulnerable groups such as women, middle-aged, and youth, as well as free resume photo shoots, interview makeup, and hair services.


Job seekers who wish to participate can attend by bringing their resume and ID card without prior application or with pre-registration.


Daegu Jung-gu expects this job fair to provide broad job opportunities for job seekers and create a customized on-site hiring opportunity where recruiting companies can conveniently hire excellent talent.
