On the 28th, law firm Daeryun LLC announced that it has signed an MOU with construction materials manufacturing company Beomwoo Co., Ltd.

The MOU signing ceremony for business cooperation was held on the 24th at Daeryun's headquarters seminar room in Park One, Yeouido, attended by Daeryun representatives Kim Guk-il, Lee Kyung-min, Park Jung-gyu, Kim Hyung-jin, and Won Hyung-il, as well as Beomwoo representatives Kim Jung-bong and auditor Kim Bong-ho.

Since its establishment in 1995, Beomwoo has primarily manufactured construction steel materials such as C-shaped steel and square pipes for over 30 years. It is the only producer of the construction material "deck plate" used in numerous domestic construction projects within the Jeolla region.

Daeryun plans to provide professional and systematic support regarding legal issues that may arise at Beomwoo's Gwangju headquarters, Daejeon office, and its subsidiary Beomwoo Freight.

Specifically, the support will cover ▲legal advice on contract signing and regulatory compliance ▲prompt response and resolution strategies in case of legal disputes ▲preliminary analysis and prevention of legal risks, encompassing all aspects of corporate legal affairs.

In particular, since Beomwoo obtained the patent for deck plates in 2010 and has actively ventured into overseas markets, Daeryun intends to focus on related legal advice and dispute resolution.

Beomwoo CEO Kim Jung-bong expressed, “Cooperation with Daeryun, which has abundant experience in corporate legal affairs, is expected to be a strong support for business expansion,” adding, “Through the MOU with Daeryun, we anticipate securing competitiveness in broader markets beyond Korea, including overseas.”

Daeryun CEO Kim Guk-il stated, “Through this MOU, we will actively resolve legal issues that Beomwoo may face not only domestically but also in overseas markets,” and added, “Daeryun has segmented its corporate legal group to provide various customized legal services needed by companies. We will respond promptly and professionally to legal demands according to trends in the steel industry and create a successful future together with Beomwoo.”
