Hwaseong-si, First Local Government to Host 'AI CF Contest'

Hwaseong City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 28th that it will hold the 'Hwaseong City Artificial Intelligence (AI) CF Contest,' the first of its kind among local governments.

Held under the slogan "Imagination Explodes. The Future Grows," this contest was organized to commemorate the launch of Hwaseong Special City next year and to promote the future of "AI City Hwaseong Special City."

This contest is part of the 'Byeolbyeol Hwaseong Awards,' which the city has been conducting since 2021. Anyone residing in South Korea can participate. Entries will be accepted from the 28th of this month until the 24th of next month through the 'Byeolbyeol Hwaseong Awards' website. There is no limit to the number of submissions per person, but duplicate awards are not allowed. The selected works will be announced on December 20th via the 'Byeolbyeol Hwaseong Awards' website.

The contest will be held in two categories: CF videos and images. For the CF video category, the grand prize winner (1 team) will receive a prize of 10 million KRW. The excellence award (2 teams) will receive 5 million KRW, the merit award (3 teams) 3 million KRW, and the encouragement award (6 teams) 1 million KRW. The image category prizes are as follows: grand prize (1 person) 1 million KRW, excellence award (5 persons) 700,000 KRW, merit award (7 persons) 500,000 KRW, and encouragement award (10 persons) 300,000 KRW.
