Wando Marine Healing Center, 60% Discount Event

Special Discount on Purchase of Basic and Premium Passes

Jeonnam Wando Marine Healing Management Corporation announced on the 28th that it will hold a special discount event for visitors at the Wando Marine Healing Center.

The Wando Marine Healing Center is the only marine healing facility in Korea equipped with 16 therapy rooms that utilize marine resources such as seawater, seaweed, and mud to heal the body and mind. It was selected as an ‘Excellent Wellness Tourism Destination’ by the Korea Tourism Organization, and since its opening in November last year, it has been visited by approximately 48,000 people as of now.

The Wando Marine Healing Center offers basic and premium programs. In this event, the basic program ticket (36,000 KRW) is discounted by 60% when purchasing 30 tickets. The premium program ticket (125,000 KRW) is discounted by 30% when purchasing 10 tickets and 50% when purchasing 30 tickets.

Tickets can only be purchased at the Wando Marine Healing Center and the event lasts for the entire month of November.

From November for two months, if visitors submit receipts of 50,000 KRW or more used at local specialty stores, restaurants, and accommodations when visiting the Wando Marine Healing Center, they can receive a 30% discount for admission with one accompanying person. In December, a 50% discount event will also be planned for students who have completed the college entrance exam and their accompanying family members.

Director Lee Chaebin stated, “We will do our best to professionally operate the marine healing facility and to ensure the mental and physical healing and satisfaction of our visitors.”
