SBI Savings Bank Conducts Open Recruitment for New College Graduates

SBI Savings Bank announced on the 28th that it will conduct the '2024 University Graduate New Employee Open Recruitment.'

The recruitment fields include financial sales, general finance, statistics, and financial IT. Candidates who have a bachelor's degree or higher from domestic or overseas universities, or those expected to graduate by February 2025, will be selected. Preference will be given to those holding finance-related certifications and majors related to data and statistics.

SBI Savings Bank will not conduct written exams to reduce the burden on applicants and improve the efficiency of the recruitment process. There are no restrictions on majors or foreign language scores to select diverse talents.

Application submissions will be accepted from next month 4th until November 17th through the SBI Savings Bank recruitment website. Applicants who pass the document screening will undergo an artificial intelligence (AI) competency test, practical team interview, executive interview, and recruitment medical examination before the final successful candidates are announced. Successful candidates will join the company on January 2nd next year.
