Bithumb University Student Supporters 'Somez Up' Produce Stationery and Mood Lamps

Scheduled Delivery to Childcare Facilities Through Global Vision

Bithumb's university student supporters group 'Thumbs Up' 2nd generation conducted a volunteer activity on the 25th, creating supplies for children in residential care facilities as their first activity.

Thumbs Up is Bithumb's university ambassador group that considers Bithumb's competitiveness with fresh ideas and passion and promotes it widely. Currently, the 2nd generation consists of 20 members.

The first activity of Thumbs Up 2nd generation was a volunteer project where they personally made and delivered supplies to children in residential care facilities, in collaboration with Bithumb's in-house volunteer club. Thumbs Up members and Bithumb employees made and packaged pencil cases and mood lamps themselves.

Bithumb plans to deliver the produced supplies to residential care facilities and local children's centers through the nonprofit organization Global Vision.

A Bithumb official said, "We hope that the supplies made with heartfelt care by Thumbs Up and the volunteer club members will help the children even in a small way," adding, "We will continue various activities to share and support neighbors in need."
