Heungkuk Life Insurance, a financial affiliate of Taekwang Group, announced on the 28th that it conducted a mural volunteer activity in a school zone in Seocho-gu, Seoul on the 25th.

This volunteer activity was organized with the purpose of delivering messages for children's safety within the school zone, and about 30 employees of Heungkuk Life Insurance and staff operating the integrated financial platform voluntarily participated.

The mural painted on the wall of Seoil Elementary School aimed to remind drivers of the importance of traffic safety within the school zone and to provide children with a safe and bright commuting environment. Heungkuk Life Insurance has previously conducted mural volunteer activities at various locations such as Itaewon Quinon-gil, Songjukwon Social Welfare Center, and Hyehwa Elementary School.

This volunteer activity was made more meaningful by the participation of employees from Heungkuk Fire & Marine Insurance, Yegaram Savings Bank, and Goryeo Savings Bank, who developed the integrated financial application ‘Anfine Cube’ for Heungkuk financial affiliates, as well as executives and employees of the operating company Crepas Plus.

‘Anfine Cube’ is an integrated financial application that allows users to view and apply for credit loan products from Heungkuk Life Insurance, Heungkuk Fire & Marine Insurance, Yegaram Savings Bank, and Goryeo Savings Bank all at once. Since its launch in February, it has been providing convenient financial services to customers.

Son Dong-hwi, deputy head of the Personal Sales Team at Heungkuk Life Insurance who participated in this volunteer activity, said, “I often hear news about traffic accidents occurring in school zones recently and felt saddened by the reality that children’s safety is threatened. I feel a sense of fulfillment that we can contribute, even in a small way, to protecting children’s safety through the school zone mural we painted ourselves.”
