Carry announced on the 28th that at the board meeting held on the 24th, it appointed Lee Seo-jun as the new inside director and management supervisor to promote the new metal mineral trading business and normalize management.
The purpose of the appointment is to promote new business and normalize management. The company stated, "Upon appointment, he will be responsible for overall management, all related tasks, and exercising comprehensive civil and criminal authority related to the company's management operations."
At the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on the 24th, Carry deleted unnecessary business objectives and added metal mineral trading as a business item. The company said, "Management supervisor Lee Seo-jun is an expert in the mineral trading industry, and his extensive experience and network will greatly contribute to Carry's metal mineral trading business."
After graduating from the Department of Business Administration at Changchun University in China, Lee served as the Vice Chairman of the Korea-China Free Trade Private Commerce Promotion Development Committee and Chairman of the Korean-Chinese Residents Commerce Promotion Development Committee. Currently, he is the Vice Chairman of the Hanwha China Peaceful Unification Promotion Federation, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Residents Association in Korea, and Vice Chairman of the China Zhonghua International Cultural Exchange Association.
