Benjamin Netanyahu, Prime Minister of Israel, stated on the 27th (local time) that the airstrike on Iranian military facilities was "precise and powerful, achieving all objectives."

According to major foreign media, Prime Minister Netanyahu said in a speech that day, "We kept our promise. The air force attacked Iran, striking its defense capabilities and missile production."

On the 1st, Iran conducted an airstrike against Israel. Regarding the situation at that time, Netanyahu claimed, "Iran attacked Israel with hundreds of ballistic missiles but failed." Israel hinted at retaliatory airstrikes and on the early morning of the 26th, deployed F-15 and F-16 fighter jets to bomb missile manufacturing facilities and surface-to-air missile batteries within Iran.

Regarding Israel's airstrike, another foreign media outlet reported that, based on their own analysis of satellite images, two secret military bases in the southeastern part of Tehran, Iran, were damaged.

Meanwhile, Iranian authorities stated that the airstrike caused "limited damage as it targeted military facilities around the capital and other provinces," but also reported that four of their soldiers were killed.
