Mayor Park Gang-su of Mapo-gu Holds the 2nd Mapo-gu Mayor's Cup Soft Tennis Tournament

On the morning of the 27th, Park Gang-su, Mayor of Mapo District, paid a congratulatory visit to the '2nd Mapo District Mayor's Cup Soft Tennis Tournament' held at the Nanji Water Reclamation Center Tennis Court.

Hosted by Mapo District and the Mapo District Sports Council, and organized by the Mapo District Soft Tennis Association, approximately 100 participants from 7 clubs attended the tournament.

The opening ceremony proceeded with the presentation of awards to meritorious individuals by Mayor Park Gang-su, an encouragement speech, and the oath by the players' representative.

In his encouragement speech, Mayor Park Gang-su said, "It is especially meaningful to hold the 2nd tournament this year after starting the Mayor's Cup tournament for the first time last year," and added, "The Mapo District Soft Tennis Association will be supported wholeheartedly so that players who can shine on the world stage can emerge."
