Recently, the collaboration song "Apartment (APT.)" by BLACKPINK member Ros? and American pop star Bruno Mars has created a global sensation, drawing attention to the apartment where Ros? lives.
On the 26th, Financial News reported, citing the real estate industry, that Ros? is known to be living in the form of a jeonse lease at "Yongsan Prugio Summit," located in Hangang-ro 2-ga, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
Yongsan Prugio Summit is praised for its proximity to the Han River and excellent transportation network. It offers quick access to riverside roads connecting east and west Seoul, such as Gangbyeonbuk-ro and Olympic-daero. It is also a double station area within a 5-minute walk to both Yongsan Station and Line 4 Sinyongsan Station. The area is rich in shopping and cultural infrastructure, including Yongsan I'Park Mall and CGV.
Completed in 2017, Yongsan Prugio Summit consists of two buildings: a residential building with 9 basement floors to 38 above-ground floors, and a 39-floor office building housing offices and officetels. The residential building comprises 151 households, featuring large units ranging from 137㎡ to 189㎡ in exclusive area, along with penthouses of 272㎡ exclusive area.
The penthouse where Ros? is known to reside is located on the top floor. There are two penthouse units in total, each approximately 273㎡ in exclusive area, and it is the only duplex structure in Yongsan. It offers a 360-degree view of the Han River, Namsan, and downtown Seoul. Ros? has occasionally shared daily photos taken at home on her social media, revealing the expansive view.
According to real estate brokerage sites, a 37th-floor penthouse unit is currently listed for sale at 10 billion KRW. Due to the large size, there are not many jeonse lease listings. Units with four bedrooms and three bathrooms start from an exclusive area of under 169㎡, with jeonse prices around 3.2 billion KRW. The jeonse asking price for a 152㎡ unit is approximately between 2 billion and 2.5 billion KRW.
Meanwhile, Ros?'s "Apartment" music video surpassed 100 million views on YouTube within five days of its release. Notably, it topped the Spotify US charts immediately after release, achieving outstanding results in the global market. It is also expected to rank high on the upcoming US Billboard main singles chart "Hot 100."
"Apartment" is the pre-release track from Ros?'s first solo full-length album "R," set to be released on December 6.
