Hanseo University Holds Unveiling Ceremony for 'Alumni House No. 1' Plaque

The Hanseo University Arts, Humanities, and Management Noblesse Executive Alumni Association held the unveiling ceremony for the first plaque of the 'Hanseo University Alumni House.'


According to Hanseo University on the 25th, the plaque unveiling ceremony took place on the 23rd at the headquarters of Korea Comprehensive Machinery Co., Ltd., hosted by Park Jongchun, president of the Hanseo University Executive Alumni Association.


The event was attended by a total of 34 alumni, including President Ham Giseon, Director of Lifelong Education Im Jaehong, Chair Professor Jo Gyuseon, and Chief Professor Park Subok, among the faculty. After the plaque unveiling ceremony, programs such as a luncheon at the Seosan Sugol Golf & Resort reception hall and a tour of Daesan Hyundai Oilbank were held.

President Ham expressed his gratitude, saying, "This first plaque of the ‘Hanseo University Alumni House,’ representing 40,000 graduates including bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degree holders, holds great significance. I hope that many more plaques of the ‘Hanseo University Alumni House’ will be displayed in the future to provide numerous benefits to Hanseo alumni and further elevate the prestige of Hanseo University."


Following this, a meeting was held at Daesan Hyundai Oilbank to discuss mutual cooperation between Hanseo University and Hyundai Oilbank. The meeting covered various plans for exchange cooperation between the two institutions, student employment, and regional development.


President Ham urged, “Let Hanseo University and Hyundai Oilbank each strive harder in their respective positions to promote regional economic development.” Vice President Jeong Imju of Hyundai Oilbank stated, "We expect that the outstanding talents produced by Hanseo University will be employed by Hyundai Oilbank and other local companies, leading the development of the local community."
