Exchange Holds Workshop for Disclosure Officers of KOSDAQ Listed Companies in the Second Half of the Year

The Korea Exchange announced on the 25th that it held a workshop for disclosure officers of KOSDAQ-listed companies in collaboration with the KOSDAQ Association.

This event was organized to strengthen the disclosure capabilities of KOSDAQ-listed companies and to share key information related to corporate value-up support initiatives promoted by the Korea Exchange.

For about 250 listed companies, the event included an introduction to corporate value-up support measures and training related to the internal accounting management system.

Lee Mi-hyun, Executive Director of the KOSDAQ Market Headquarters, emphasized in her opening remarks, "While policy changes in the market are important to resolve the undervaluation of KOSDAQ companies, it is urgently necessary for KOSDAQ companies themselves to make efforts to enhance shareholder interests and corporate value."

She continued, "Going forward, the Exchange will spare no effort to support the continuous growth of outstanding KOSDAQ value companies through various programs such as awards for value-up excellent companies, the introduction of value-up indices and funds."
