The YouTube channel ‘Jo Soobin Curation,’ which introduces only the best homes in South Korea, uploaded a review video of Royal Park City Prugio on the 23rd (Wednesday), drawing significant attention. This review, surpassing previous praise, goes beyond a simple introduction to deeply and concisely capture the unique value and philosophy of DK Asia’s Royal Park City Prugio, the first 5th-generation high-end apartment complex in South Korea, attracting viewers’ focus.

With nearly 140,000 subscribers, the YouTube channel Jo Soobin Curation specializes in introducing only the finest homes and apartments in South Korea, including Banpo’s ‘Raemian One Bailey,’ considered the best apartment in Gangnam, and Banpo’s ‘The H Clast,’ known as the top apartment with Han River views. The channel’s total views reach 17.88 million. Jo Soobin joined KBS as part of the 31st public announcer class in 2005 and worked as an anchor for flagship news programs such as ‘News 9.’ She later served as a news anchor and current affairs MC on comprehensive programming channels.

Although DK Asia’s Royal Park City Prugio was filmed before completion, the video perfectly captures the complex’s landscaping and community facilities with the same detail and meticulousness as if crafted by an artisan’s hand. The video runs about 20 minutes and is divided into detailed chapters covering topics such as resort-like design of luxury apartments, harmonious connection with nature and landscaping, evolution of apartment landscaping and residential culture, community spaces and upscale residential culture of Royal Park City, and reflections on the development of luxury apartments, providing vivid and in-depth coverage.

In the video, Jo Soobin repeatedly expressed admiration for the differentiated product, meeting the high expectations. Upon entering the complex and walking through the garden where exotic landscaping blends with beautiful pine trees over 20 meters tall, she exclaimed, “It feels like entering a new world.” She also noted the harmonious blend of Eastern and Western elements, where pine trees and geometric gardens coexist naturally. She commented that the design maintains overall consistency while introducing variations, meeting the conditions of a luxurious design. The combination of Osmanthus fragrans, used as an ingredient in Chanel perfume, and carefully maintained Podocarpus conveys the refined dignity of the apartment’s landscaping, as if nurtured over many years.

Especially, Jo Soobin explained that while previously introduced apartments in Gangnam and elsewhere are ‘4th generation,’ Royal Park City Prugio is an evolved ‘5th generation’ apartment. Royal Park City Prugio goes beyond a simple luxury apartment by introducing a new concept of a ‘resort-like apartment,’ interpreted as an artisan’s painstaking handcrafting. As the first 5th-generation high-end apartment in South Korea, Royal Park City Prugio’s landscaping and facilities are designed to be even more arboretum-like than an actual arboretum, as shown in the video.

Additionally, the video toured a 6-star hotel-level swimming pool, a sky lounge on the top floor, the nation’s first duplex indoor golf practice range within the complex, and a cinema boasting the highest quality in visuals and sound. The beautiful night view from the sky lounge was also captured. Above all, it highlighted that Royal Park City Prugio is a 5th-generation Korean-style high-end apartment filled with facilities that not only make the space luxurious but also elevate the experience itself.

The video’s closing left a deep impression. Jo Soobin quoted Steve Jobs, Apple’s founder, saying, “People don’t know what they want until you show it to them,” emphasizing Royal Park City Prugio’s philosophy of discovering hidden needs first and presenting a residential environment tailored to them. This underscores the meaning that, led by the private sector rather than the public, people’s needs were accurately predicted and realized, creating a city by relocating an entire resort.

Meanwhile, the Jo Soobin Curation channel plans to shoot additional reviews in vlog format of the daily life at Royal Park City Prugio, a 5th-generation high-end apartment whose completeness has been further enhanced with the opening of five themed gardens. That video is scheduled to be released in November.
