Kim Kyung-il, Mayor of Paju City, said, "I hope that citizens who have had concerns and difficulties will be able to resolve their grievances through the 'Mobile People's Complaints Center,'" adding, "We will continue to actively promote policies that alleviate citizens' inconveniences and strengthen communication by listening to the voices of the citizens."
