On the 20th, Yulli posted a video titled "A Stranger Sat Next to Me" on her official YouTube channel. She revealed that she recently went to a yakiniku restaurant in Japan but left most of the ordered food uneaten and returned to her accommodation.
Regarding the situation, she explained, "Several drunken Korean men were blocking the entrance of the restaurant," and "I was filming the menu board in front of me with my camera."

At that moment, some of these Korean men showed interest in Yulli, and one of them reportedly said, "You need to go in, so please move aside." Yulli said, "Since they were men around my father's age, I just thought I met some Koreans and took it lightly."
However, after being guided to a four-person sofa seat and waiting for the ordered menu, one of them sat next to Yulli and said with a laugh, "My friend told me to sit next to the young lady, so I came."
Yulli expressed, "It was completely incomprehensible. He had no intention of getting up," and "I seriously said, 'I'll sit alone,' but he kept staring at me. I was angry, but his blank stare suddenly scared me."
As Yulli continued to ignore the middle-aged man, he finally returned to his seat, and she said, "I could feel that group continuously watching me from the far left." The struggle between Yulli and the group of middle-aged men continued, and eventually, Yulli took a taxi back to the hotel feeling upset. She expressed her anger, saying, "It was the most absurd and ridiculous thing I have experienced all year."
She added, "Coming to Japan and experiencing this from fellow Koreans made me hope they wouldn't behave like that toward others," and pointed out, "There are too many strange people in this world."
