Introducing the new products launched by the distribution industry on the 23rd. Convenience store Seven Eleven is unveiling a highball jointly developed with broadcaster Shin Dong-yup. Binggrae has released a new sweet potato-flavored version of its sandwich-type ice cream, Bbangttoa, and Ottogi is collaborating with Jeju's popular Chinese home-style restaurant 'Roy & May' to introduce two types of ready meals. Tous Les Jours has launched gift sets for college entrance exam takers, and Paris Baguette is rolling out a new lineup of French croissants.

Seven Eleven will launch two types of 'Black Circle Highball' (Original and Lemon, 350ml), co-developed with broadcaster Shin Dong-yup, nationwide at Seven Eleven stores starting on the 24th. The name Black Circle originates from the 1800s when whiskey enthusiasts would draw circles on bottles to remember the drink through a 'Color Circle.' Broadcaster Shin Dong-yup participated in the entire product planning process from the start. This product is manufactured in Japan and imported, faithfully capturing the highball production method from the Japanese mainland. Unlike typical products that use other distilled spirits, it uses original Scotch whiskey (about 13.5%) and has a relatively low alcohol content (5%), making it easy to enjoy without burden. The price is 4,500 won, and three cans can be purchased for 12,000 won.

Binggrae is launching a new ice cream product called 'Bbangttoa Sweet Potato Cake.' This sandwich-type ice cream combines castella cake and sweet potato-flavored ice cream. It also includes finely crushed sweet potato-flavored cookies. Through this new product, Binggrae aims to target consumers who want to enjoy the popular bakery menu item, sweet potato cake, in ice cream form. With this launch, the Bbangttoa lineup has expanded to four products, including Soft Bbangttoa, Choco Cookie & Cream, and Yellow Cheese Cake.

Ottogi has launched ready meals of 'Sichuan Mapo Tofu' and 'Special Chinese Fried Rice,' popular dishes from 'Roy & May,' a well-known Chinese home-style restaurant in Jeju. Roy & May was opened in 2017 by a Korean-Chinese couple in Seogwipo, Jeju, offering a set of 10 Chinese home-style dishes. The newly released Sichuan Mapo Tofu and Special Chinese Fried Rice ready meals faithfully recreate the flavors found at Roy & May. The Sichuan Mapo Tofu features resilient silken tofu that is not pressed, Jeju pork, and a spicy, numbing Doubanjiang sauce, delivering a sharp taste and texture. The Special Chinese Fried Rice is based on rich Chinese soy sauce (black soy sauce) with added smoky flavor and aroma, and includes thick shrimp to enhance the fluffy rice's taste and aroma.

Tous Les Jours, operated by CJ Foodville, is releasing products to support students preparing for the 2025 College Scholastic Ability Test. This year’s Tous Les Jours exam product concept is ‘LUCKY ROOKIE, I am the hero of success!’ First, the ‘Sticky Rice Cake’ gift sets come in two options: 5-piece and 10-piece, representing a popular snack among exam takers. These sets are suitable for gifting alone or alongside other presents. The ‘Good Luck Dessert Box’ includes a walnut pecan tart, sweet white chocolate langue de chat, and caramel chocolate langue de chat cookies. Other gift sets include the ‘Cheering Langue de Chat’ with two flavors of langue de chat cookies sandwiched with white chocolate and caramel chocolate, and the ‘Double Power Pound’ featuring lemon black tea pound cake and walnut pound cake, offering a variety of gift options.

Paris Baguette is expanding its European bread category by introducing a 'French Croissant' lineup. The French Croissant features a crispy exterior and moist interior, enriched with French Isigny butter for deep flavor. First, they are releasing a 'Big Croissant' that is 2.2 times larger than the standard size.
