On the 22nd, NSE&M stated in an official position, "Our company continuously monitors and takes legal action at all times against malicious slander, comments, personal attacks, and the spread of false information directed at our artists."

They added, "Irresponsible slander and the dissemination of false information against our artists are clear criminal acts, and since these severely damage the artists' reputations, we intend to respond without leniency under any circumstances."

Furthermore, they requested, "We ask that you refrain from malicious slander that goes beyond reasonable limits, out of respect for human dignity."
