The event began with a performance by the fusion gugak (traditional Korean music) group "Shin-inan," followed by recitations of recovery poems and recovery stories by individuals with mental illness and their families, conveying hope and inspiration for recovery. Afterwards, a lecture titled "Wisdom Appears When You Know Metacognition" was given by cognitive psychologist Professor Kim Kyung-il, well known for shows such as "Accidental Adult" and "Crossing the Line," offering Yeoncheon residents a time to care for their minds and receiving great responses.
