The Department of Counseling and Clinical Psychology at Dongmyung University signed an agreement on October 17th with the Busan Mental Health Welfare Center and 17 mental health welfare centers in various districts and counties of Busan.
The Department of Counseling and Clinical Psychology at Dongmyeong University, which has signed agreements with 17 mental health welfare centers.
According to the agreement, the university and the institutions will actively cooperate in ▲ exchanging information for mutual development ▲ exchanging human resources ▲ supporting programs, among other areas.
Professor Kim Min-jung of Dongmyung University's Department of Counseling and Clinical Psychology stated, “In the current situation where mental health issues among university students are increasingly prominent, the agreement with each center is very meaningful, and active exchanges are expected in the fields of mental health and counseling and clinical psychology.”
Choi Sung-jin, director of the Jung-gu Mental Health Welfare Center, said, “We hope this will be an opportunity to provide various services for the promotion of community mental health through close cooperation with mental health welfare centers in the Busan area.”
The Department of Counseling and Clinical Psychology at Dongmyung University operates the only integrated bachelor's and master's degree program in the country and strives to produce experts in counseling and clinical psychology.
