Enrollment Open for Students on a First-Come, First-Served Basis
Hanam City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Hyun-jae) announced on the 21st that it will operate a ‘Customized Youth Relay Special Lecture’ for young people aged 19 to 39 in three sessions.
This special lecture, tailored around three topics of high interest to youth?artificial intelligence, real estate, and finance?will be held over three weeks starting on the 27th, every Sunday afternoon for two hours.
The lectures are free for any youth residing or working in Hanam City (aged 19-39), and will be held in private spaces located in Pungsan-dong, Mangwol-dong, and Gam-il-dong to consider accessibility by region. Online live streaming will also be available, and those who register for online attendance in advance will receive a lecture URL to participate regardless of location.
On the 27th, Professor Lee Si-han, adjunct professor at Sungshin Women’s University, will give a lecture titled ‘Changes and Opportunities in Our Future Due to AI’ at ‘Paroiro Pizza’ located in Pungsan-dong.
Professor Lee Si-han planned and appeared on tvN’s ‘Problematic Men,’ serves as MC on National Assembly Broadcasting’s ‘Life Bookstore,’ and runs the booktube channel ‘Sihan Bookstore’ with over 80,000 subscribers. He is the author of ‘GPT Generation’ among other works. With his excellent communication and analytical skills, he is expected to provide various insights to help youth prepare for the future.
On November 3rd, young entrepreneur Lee Jae-yoon will give a lecture titled ‘Basic Real Estate Knowledge to Protect Your Deposit’ at ‘PLACE Dameun,’ a space near Misa Station.
Lee Jae-yoon is the CEO of the real estate startup ‘Jiptos’ and will deliver practical real estate lectures that utilize his experience as a broker and instructor to help prevent lease damage and disputes with landlords.
On November 10th, Kim Kyung-pil, also known as ‘Donzzulnam,’ a money trainer, will give a lecture titled ‘Asset Management for Young Adults’ at ‘KJ Plaza’ located in Gam-il-dong.
Kim Kyung-pil is the CEO of ‘Money Training Lab’ and a renowned lecturer who regularly appears as an MC on KBS’s ‘High-End Salt Strider.’ This lecture will focus on youth, providing a solid foundation in financial technology such as salary management.
Each lecture will accept the first 50 applicants on a first-come, first-served basis until the day before the lecture. Those interested can apply via the QR code on the promotional poster.
Mayor Lee Hyun-jae of Hanam City said, “This special lecture was prepared to help youth cultivate humanities literacy and support their stable social settlement and independence,” adding, “We will continue to actively support beneficial policies tailored to the perspectives of young people.”
