Montenegro Constitutional Court Suspends Enforcement of Kwon Do-hyung's Extradition

The Constitutional Court of Montenegro accepted the injunction to suspend the extradition procedure filed by Kwon Do-hyung, a key figure in the 'Terra·Luna' crash incident, on the 18th (local time).

On the same day, the Constitutional Court announced through its website that it unanimously accepted the request by Kwon's side, who filed a constitutional complaint asking to suspend the execution of the extradition procedure before the main decision.

Accordingly, the issue of Kwon's extradition will be adjudicated by the Constitutional Court of Montenegro.
