Jongseong Hong, CEO of Deloitte Anjin Accounting Corporation, announced the strengthening of the ‘Talent Revolution’ strategy for talent development along with the vision to become the No.1 Career Companion for its members, and is currently conducting a campaign targeting employees.
Since his reappointment in 2022, CEO Hong launched the ‘Talent Revolution’ initiative and has been attempting innovative policy changes in all HR-related areas including recruitment, development, compensation, and culture. He emphasized, “Our goal is to strategically support the career journeys of group members, composed of various professionals including accountants, by providing diverse growth opportunities through policies at each stage of the career journey and fostering a culture that supports this.”
As a key career management program, the company operates the ‘Pooling’ system. This system, pioneered in the accounting industry, is designed to allow employees who joined the audit division to gain work experience in other business divisions for a certain period while maintaining their original affiliation. Additionally, through the ‘Internal Transfer Program (ITP),’ employees can move from their current division to another, providing opportunities to gain new job experiences and strengthen their capabilities. This program continues to receive ongoing positive responses from members.
The ‘Mobility Program’ is also noteworthy. This program collaborates with the Deloitte global network, which operates in over 150 countries, and offers employees with more than three years of service the opportunity to work at overseas Deloitte offices. Through this, members gain valuable global experience.
Deloitte Anjin Accounting Corporation continuously operates and strengthens systematic and diverse welfare programs to help employees pursue work-life balance. Based on Deloitte’s Shared Values, the company aims for sustainable growth through talent development strategy roadmaps such as work-family balance systems and mental health management programs.
