Public-Private Partnership Success... New National and Public Yeongdeok Hana Daycare Center Opens

Hana Financial Group Daycare Support Project Selected for the 98th Time

Yeongdeok-gun, Gyeongbuk Province, held the opening ceremony of the public Yeongdeok Hana Childcare Center, established through a public-private partnership with Hana Financial Group, on the 17th.

Hana Financial Group has been promoting the 100 Childcare Centers Project since 2018 to improve childcare environments. Yeongdeok Hana Childcare Center was selected as the 98th project for support, leading to its new construction through a public-private collaboration.

Yeongdeok Hana Childcare Center is located in Deokgok-ri, Yeongdeok-eup, with a total floor area of 778㎡ over two above-ground floors. It features six childcare rooms, a playroom, a kitchen, a teachers' room, and an outdoor playground. The existing Yeongdeok Childcare Center has relocated here and will begin operations on the 28th of this month.

County Governor Kim Gwang-yeol expressed, “I deeply thank and respect Hana Financial Group for providing an opportunity to establish a childcare center where local children can enjoy a better environment and parents can feel more at ease.” He added, “Building on the successful public-private cooperation created by Hana Financial Group and Yeongdeok-gun, we will strive to advance further to establish a foundation and culture in the community where work and family life coexist.”
