Appointment of 11 University Professors in the Gyeongsang Region
The Gyeongsang Region Education Donation Hub Support Center at Pukyong National University (Director Lee Sang-gil) has launched the operation of a professional consulting group to support the development of education donation programs.
On October 16, the Gyeongsang Region Education Donation Hub Support Center held a consulting committee appointment ceremony at the Vice Dean's Office on the 2nd floor of the university headquarters and presented appointment letters to 11 university professors.

The newly appointed consulting committee members of the Gyeongsang Region Education Donation Hub Support Center are Professors Kang Hyung-gil (Department of Physical Education, Gyeongnam National University), Ko Kwang-woong (Department of Food and Nutrition, Hanyang University), Kwon Soon-duk (Department of AI and Computer Engineering, Youngsan University), Kim Tae-jin (Major in Oceanography, Pukyong National University), Lee Jong-won (Department of Architecture, Keimyung University), Jeon Jun-ho (Department of Fire Engineering, Pukyong National University), Cho Myung-rae (Department of Physics, Kyungpook National University), Choi Yoon-seok (Department of Aerospace Engineering, Kyungpook National University), Ha Jung-hye (Department of Education, Keimyung University), Han Yoon-soo (Department of Physical Education, Kyungpook National University), and AHMED HAMDI ABDURHMAN (Department of Computer Engineering, Dong-Eui University).
They will take on roles such as supporting the development of customized education donation programs and lecture consulting in six fields: ▲Culture and Arts ▲Physical Education ▲Creativity and Science ▲Climate and Environment ▲Social and Emotional ▲Media.
The Gyeongsang Region Education Donation Hub Support Center expects effects such as qualitative improvement of education donation programs, expansion of education donation projects, and activation of participation in education donation through consulting committee members composed of expert faculty.
Designated by the Ministry of Education and the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Creativity, the Gyeongsang Region Education Donation Hub Support Center was established in 2023 within Pukyong National University and is working to discover educational resources and reduce educational disparities between regions by forming an education donation collaboration network with the local community.
