Lectures by Current Executives from Microsoft, Google, SK Telecom, and Others
Goyang Industry Promotion Agency (Director Han Dong-gyun) K-High Tech Platform Support Group (Director Kim Jong-sang) is participating as the project operator hosted by Goyang City for the ‘2024 K-High Tech Platform Leaders Forum: AI Master Course,’ held from the 17th to November 13th.
Hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, and jointly organized by Goyang Industry Promotion Agency, Sungkyunkwan University, SK Telecom, and others, this forum features lectures on artificial intelligence (AI) by Professor Choi Jae-boong of Sungkyunkwan University and current executives from IT companies such as Microsoft, Google, and SK Telecom.
The forum is an AI master course designed for employees of small and medium-sized enterprises, focusing on practical AI solution utilization lectures and hands-on training to maximize work efficiency through AI adoption and lead technological innovation. Participants can directly compare and experience generative AI services provided by Microsoft and Google and practice ways to apply them in corporate management.
The forum will be held at online and offline training centers in each region. Participants will receive full tuition benefits and a certificate of completion issued by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea.
The detailed schedule includes ▲ Session 1: Survival Strategies in the AI Sapience Era (Vice President Choi Jae-boong, Sungkyunkwan University) ▲ Session 2: AI Transformation Journey: Purpose, Process, and Organizational Improvement Experience of AI Transformation, Increasing Work Productivity and Efficiency Based on AI (Director Shim Jae-kyung, Microsoft) ▲ Session 3: Work Productivity Using AI: Hands-on Practice with MS Azure Studio and MS Copilot (Director Yoo Hyun-kyung, Microsoft) ▲ Session 4: Corporate Management Using Generative AI (Google Gemini) (Director Park Jin-ho, Google) ▲ Session 5: Decision-Making Methods Using Generative AI (Director Jung Tae-il, Google) ▲ Session 6: Generative AI Service Platform Using A.Dot LLM (Director Lee Hyung-joo, Konan Technology).
On the final day of the forum, November 13th, a seminar and completion ceremony will be held at SK Telecom Supex Hall. The seminar will feature Professor Kim Dae-sik of KAIST presenting ‘Our Future Changed by Generative AI’ and SK Telecom Vice President Eom Jong-hwan speaking on ‘The Meeting of AI and ESG.’
Director Kim Jong-sang of the support group stated, “The participation rate of executives from small and medium-sized enterprises in Goyang City is high in the forum. We hope this forum will establish itself as a successful case of regional collaboration to strengthen AI capabilities among executives of small and medium-sized enterprises.”
