Government Employees Pension Service Calls for Exemplary Retirement Preparation Video and Essay Submissions

The Government Employees Pension Service announced on the 16th that it has been conducting the "Retirement Preparation Model Case Video and Essay Contest" for one month since the 10th, targeting those who have completed the Service's retirement preparation education, to raise awareness of retirement preparation in the public service in anticipation of the 100-year life era.

The contest was organized to help those who have completed the retirement preparation education present exemplary cases regarding the mindset and methods of retirement preparation to their junior and fellow public officials, and to assist in retirement preparation. This is the third time the contest has been held, following 2017 and last year, and unlike before when it was limited to essays, this time the contest is divided into essay and video categories.

Those who have completed the retirement preparation education organized by the Service can participate regardless of whether they are current or former employees. Selected outstanding cases will be awarded prizes. Detailed information can be found in the notices section on the Government Employees Pension Service website.

The Service stated, "We will continue to develop and provide various services so that public officials can prepare for a happy retirement life after retirement."
